How we store Sake

Saketora stores products in a dark place under a constant room temperature of 19 to 20 degrees Celsius.
Sake is particularly susceptible to direct sunlight and change of temperature. Direct sunlight causes sake to change its color. Change of temperature causes sake to loose its original smell, emit a particular odor which is called "Old stink" (Hineka), and its taste may also become unpleasant.
By using this strict storage management method, it helps sake to get a matured and mild taste.

We are doing our best to deliver products to our customers in their best condition.
