Rich and intense while reasonably priced. A great brew fermented under low temperature.
Brewed using "Gohyakumangoku" of Toyama Prefecture polished to 60% and aged slowly under low temperature, this Junmai shows a mild aroma and abundant umami. Equally delicious when served both chilled and warm.
